"I called them from my home from over 30 miles away, to ask about prices and if they had an opening. I drove all the way there with my 3 year old boy to get both of us a haircut. It was Thursday July, 26 a little before noon. I believe the lady that was giving a haircut in the chair next to us was a manager. She was doing an awesome job, so I told our stylist to give us both the same cut. We wanted very short on the sides and as long as possible on top. We both have to wear hats now. It looks like he cut his own hair and mine left me almost bald, after I've been growing the hair on top out for over a year. It was almost $30 plus the 70 mile round trip, just to be mangled. The manager was extremely nice. Our stylist was impatient with my son and seemed to be in a hurry. Other than the one worker, the place was clean, well lit, smelled good and had an excellent location. I do not judge the entire business on one terrible experience and will return in several months when my hair has recovered."

"Worst haircut ever. Traveling through the area and needed to get a haircut on a Sunday. Stopped by and told the "stylist" how I wanted my hair cut (and how I didn't want my hair cut). Got exactly what I didn't want. Another stylist stepped in to fix the damage, but it was too late."

"I was traveling from Memphis, TN to Fort Smith on business and needed to clean up for a meeting. Candy cut my hair (MVP treatment) and it's the best cut I've had in 3 years. Looks like I'm scheduling a meeting every 4 weeks in Fort Smith. Definitely ask for Candy."
