We are in love with Reyna!! We like the overall experience. I like being able to check in and seeing an estimate time of cut, I'll set a timer on my phone and if I need to run a quick errand or eat a snack while we wait. Reyna does very good work!! My son loves her fades and I've seen other clients in her chair that their hair looks amazing. We have waited 2 hours in order to get in her chair. It's not a big deal because we can check in.
